Hiring.lk is Sri Lanka-focused recruitment and career platform created to connect employer with the right and help seekers access meaningful opportunities.

The foundation of Hiring.lk began on 24th April 2020 with the launch of “Private sector community” Facebook group, created to support individuals interested in private sector job opportunities and career-related engagement in Sri Lanka.

As the community continued to grow, the vision evolved into a more focused and professional recruitment identity. On 8th June 2021, the official Hiring.lk Facebook page was launched, strengthening the brand’s presence and purpose in Sri Lanka’s hiring space. 

Today, Hiring.lk is moving forward as a growing digital hiring platform with a clear mission: to simplify recruitment, improve access to opportunities, and build trust between employers and job seekers across Sri Lanka.

With a strong community foundation and a forward-looking vision, Hiring.lk committed to becoming a trusted name is Sri Lanka’s recruitment landscape.
